Serves 1
Ingredients
- 185 g Greek yogurt
- 1 apple, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 10g walnuts, smashed
Dollop about 1 tbsp apple into the bottom of a small glass. Add a layer of apple, then some more yogurt. Repeat the layers until the glass is full. Scatter over the sugar and nuts, then leave in fridge for 20 mins until sugar has dissolved.

This is another good breakfast idea and half as expensive as the raspberry and blackberry one. I used a small Gala apple and it was just the right size so that the yogurt didn't overflow the glass.
